Glyquin XM Skin Bleaching Cream is permanently discontinued by the manufacturer. You may want to consider purchasing Tri-Luma as a substitute product. Tri-Luma Cream (fluocinolone acetonide 0.01%, hydroquinone 4%, tretinoin 0.05%) is the only triple-action cream for the short-term and intermittent long-term treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face. Tri-Luma Cream can help reduce or eliminate the discoloration caused by melasma. The combination of the three active ingredients in Tri-Luma Cream is more effective than any combination of the individual components.

Glyquin XM Skin Bleaching Cream with Sunscreen (SPF 15) and Hyaluronic Acid is a physician-strength cream that is designed to slowly "bleach" hyperpigmented skin conditions such as discoloration, brown spots or an uneven skin tone. Glyquin XM Skin Bleaching Cream contains 4% hydroquinone, 10% glycolic acid, vitamin C and E, a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 and Hyaluronic Acid. Hyaluronic Acid is a super-moisturizing ingredient which was added to Glyquin to relieve the irritation that is sometimes associated with hydroquinone use.
Directions: Glyquin XM Skin Bleaching Cream should be applied to the affected area and rubbed in well twice daily. Some temporary reddening of the skin and a mild burning sensation may occur. This reddening does not necessarily mean that treatment should be stopped. If redness or irritation continues, use once daily or every other day until tolerated.

Ingredients
Each gram contains 40mg Hydroquinone USP, 80 mg Octocrylene USP, 40 mg Oxybenzone USP and 30 mg Avobensone USP in a vanishing cram base of purified water USP, glycolic acid, poloxamer 407 NF, propylene glycol USP, glycerol monosterate, triethanolamine NF, plyoxyl 4 lauryl ether, lemon extract, propyl gallate NF, ascorbyl palmitate NF, vitamin E USP, methylparaben NF, edetate disodium USP, benzalkonium chloride and Hyaluronic acid.
Pregnancy and Nursing Advisory
In an effort to avoid injury to the developing baby, most skin care topicals have not been clinically tested on pregnant or nursing women; therefore, we advise that they not be used. Products containing benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid,hydroquinoine and tretinoin or similar topicals such as products containing retinol should NOT be used when pregnant or nursing. You should also discontinue the use of skin care products containing these ingredients for at least one month before contemplating pregnancy.
