If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your order, simply call us at 1-877-415-0600 to arrange an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges) in the form of a credit to your account.
Please Note: We do not accept returns on Jane Iredale products, with the exception of products that are defective upon receipt.
Procedure for returning an item:
- All merchandise must be returned in its original shipping packaging with all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment.
- Enclose the original sales slip.
- Send the item(s) back to the return address in the original package.
- Return the product via UPS or US mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. All returns are subject to shipping & handling charges.
