Within the contiguous (lower 48) United States, all items are shipped via UPS. SkinCare-MD.com delivers to any UPS acceptable address in the US. Post Office boxes are not allowed. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
Shipping prices are based on the weight of the item and the type of shipping you choose. All domestic shipping prices are calculated via a real time link with UPS shipping tables available at www.ups.com.

UPS Ground
Transit time is usually 1 to 6 business days depending on delivery location (see Map), however UPS does not guarantee these transit times.
UPS 3 Day Select
Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the third business day.
UPS 2nd Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air
Delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of next business day depending on location.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US) and Military
All items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands (US) and FPO/APO military destinations are shipped U.S.P.S. Express or Priority Mail. Upon shipping, you will be notified of a tracking number. You may then visit the website of the United States Postal Service, www.usps.com, enter your tracking number and find out exactly where your package is located at that time. Our basic charges are approximately $17.45 for these shipments but may be higher as shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of items ordered.
International Orders
Our mission at SkinCare-MD is to offer excellent products and excellent customer service. With that in mind, we are now using United States Postal Service Global Express Mail. Global Express mail is a reliable high speed service for mailing packages to more than 180 countries including Canada. It provides customers with expeditious handling and delivery. Upon shipping, you will be notified of a Global Express tracking number. You may then visit the Web site of the United States Postal Service, www.usps.com, enter your tracking number and find out exactly where your package is located at that time. Tracking delivery of your package will be easier than ever before. Packages shipped Global Express are guaranteed to leave the United States within 2 days. Packages usually reach their destination within 5-10 days.
Shipping and handling charges will be based on the total weight of items ordered and the destination of the package. At the shopping cart, we have created a simple-to-use menu for shipping and handling charges to most countries.

International orders may be subject to Custom’s Inspection and/or fees. If custom fees or VAT fees are imposed, these fees must be paid for by the customer receiving the package before the package can be released for delivery. Skincare-MD cannot be held responsible for these fees. If products are returned to us, we cannot reimburse you for any shipping charges and additional charges may be imposed to cover the cost of re-delivery of products back to us.
Incorrect Shipping Address Fees and Address Correction Fees
To help prevent delivery delays, please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order. The most common mistakes made when providing us with a shipping address are incorrect zip code, missing company name, missing suite or apartment number, and wrong street number.
Packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged additional shipping charges when your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by UPS for address correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. UPS typically bills $10.00 for correction of each ground package and $11.00 for correction of each air package regardless of how minor the address correction may be.
